Extreme Rideshare Driving
A final fond memory that I will share though, is one night after a far trip drop-off, I was so tired that I needed to pull over anywhere to sleep. I found a decrepit old hotel and pulled into the back parking lot. After setting up my sleeping arrangement from the trunk and getting comfortable, I noticed a light in the car beside me. It was another rideshare driver who was living out of their car too, so that they could work the hours that Uber demands to make the job worthwhile. Life is a journey, and sometimes it is comforting to know that I'm not alone. I ended up selling the car for $200 less than I got it for and got out clean. The wildest Uber stories I will be keeping to myself ;)
