Mt. Rushmore is a spectacular site and the museum is very interesting. I would put this national treasure on anyone's bucket list.

There aren't many cities or towns in the Dakotas. Every once and a while you come across a town like below that is based entirely around one old store. In this case it was Wall Drug Store.

I had no idea that the Mississippi river started so high up.
